How We Review: BETJILI's Method and Its Limits

BETJILI is an independent guide, not a casino — no deposits, no games, no player balances. Every operator description on this site comes from the same list of checks against published material, and this page sets that list out so you can run it yourself. It also names the things we cannot know, which is the part that usually goes missing. 21+ only.

Eight checks, in a fixed order

OrderCheckWhat we are looking for
1Licence disclosureA named licensee and a named regulator in text, on the operator's own pages — not a badge image
2Payment railsWhich named rails the cashier offers, and whether it states its own limits and cut-offs
3KYC rulesWhich documents are required and the point at which verification is triggered
4Terms clarityWhether wagering, expiry and maximum-bet rules survive one careful reading
5Complaint routeWhether escalation exists beyond first-line chat, and whether a regulator is named
6Responsible-gaming toolsLimits, reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion, and whether they are self-service
7Support channelsWhich channels, in what language, in what hours
8App distributionWhere any app comes from, and how it updates once a store is not involved

Licence and payments come first because they decide whether the remaining six are worth writing down. Verification comes third rather than last because it is the stage that most often surprises a reader at the worst moment.

What counts as evidence here

  • The operator's own published pages: terms, cashier, verification policy, complaints procedure, responsible gaming.
  • Public regulator and payment-provider material that does not require us to hold an account.
  • Contradictions between the operator's own pages, which are evidence by themselves — a promotion banner that disagrees with its own terms tells you which one is marketing.
  • Silence, written down as silence. 'Not disclosed' goes on the page exactly as found.

What does not count: a stranger's screenshot, a number lifted from another affiliate page, a testimonial, or any figure without a source a reader can open for themselves.

The limits — what we cannot know

We hold no accounts and test no cashiers. That makes the following permanently unavailable to us, and we would rather publish the list than pretend otherwise.

  • How quickly your withdrawal will be paid. Timing is set by the operator and by the rail, and only the operator's cashier page carries the current figure.
  • Whether a bonus will be honoured in your case, under terms that may change after we read them.
  • Whether a game's published RTP matches the configuration in a given lobby.
  • How support behaves on a bad night.
  • Anything at all about your account.

So wherever an operator-specific number belongs — a minimum, a fee, a cap, a processing window, a bonus amount — this site says the operator sets it and sends you to the cashier page. A page that explains a mechanism stays true; a page quoting last quarter's fee misleads quietly.

No scores, no rankings

There is no rating out of ten here and no table of 'best' operators. Eight separate findings cannot honestly be averaged into one digit, and the digit is what readers end up trusting instead of the findings. A score also ages badly while continuing to look authoritative.

Nor do we invent reviewers. Pages are published under the site's own name rather than under a fabricated expert, because credentials are the first thing a reader cannot check and a fake author is a worse signal than none.

How we are paid

Some outbound links are partner links and may earn a commission if you open an account after following one. That is the ordinary economics of an independent guide, and it belongs on a page like this rather than in a footer.

What it does not reach: the wording. No operator sees a draft, no payment removes a finding or adds a criterion, and a partner with unreadable terms gets described as having unreadable terms. If a commission depended on calling an undisclosed licence disclosed, the commission is the thing we would drop.

Dates and corrections

Every page shows when it was published and when it last changed. Our main defence against staleness is structural — explain the mechanism, link to the operator for the number — because mechanisms outlast figures.

If something here is wrong, the useful response is a correction, not a defence. Use the contact route on our about page, name the page and the sentence, and the modified date will record the change.

What this site is

BETJILI is a guide. It is not a casino, not an operator, not an agent: no deposits taken, no games run, no balances held, no disputes settled from here. If something must happen to an account, the route is the operator's support in writing, then your e-wallet's in-app help, then PAGCOR's published complaint channel.

Everything is written for adults aged 21 and over, and treats gambling as paid entertainment whose cost should be decided before a session rather than during one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why no ratings?

Because eight unrelated findings cannot be averaged honestly, and a single digit invites trust that belongs to the findings themselves. Each check is reported in words instead.

Do you hold accounts with operators?

No. We read published material only, which is why we never claim to have tested a cashier or timed a payout.

What does 'not disclosed' mean on your pages?

Exactly what it says: the operator does not publish it. We record the silence rather than guessing, because the silence is itself informative.

Are your links commercial?

Some are partner links which may pay us a commission. They never alter the text around them and no operator previews a draft.

Why do you not publish fees and minimums?

Because they change and a frozen number misleads. We explain what drives them and send you to the operator's cashier page for today's figure.

Who writes the pages?

The team that maintains the site, published under its name. We do not create author personas or credentials we cannot substantiate.

Can you resolve a dispute for me?

No. We have no access to operator systems or your account. Use the operator's complaints procedure, then your e-wallet's in-app help, then PAGCOR's published channel.

Before You Choose an Operator

Compare PAGCOR-licensed operators, read the bonus terms and set a budget before you deposit.
