The own-name rule
Your BETJILI account, your KYC ID and your GCash or bank wallet must all be in the same name, your own. Payments to or from a third party's account are rejected. This is a regulatory anti-fraud requirement, and it also protects you: it means nobody else can redirect your cashout. Verify your wallet is registered in your legal name before your first withdrawal to avoid a hold.
